REFUND POLICY

Right of Return In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in fully resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defect:

• Customised products, including jacquard weave, embroidery, custom colours, or special modifications
• Items in non-standard sizes or colours
• Standard inventory items in sizes C124 and larger
• Standard inventory items in sizes C62, C73, C84, and C104 are only returnable with valid justification (e.g. defect or shipping damage)

Restocking Fee A restocking fee applies to all eligible returns:

• €25 per item for lower-value items and small quantities
• Up to €100 per item for higher-value products or bulk returns
